start-up error messages

-- I can't get past "sevices.exe,and or"isass.exe" applications failed to
start(oxc0000005) anyone out there with a tip ?????PLEASE!!!!( I wuold really
like to keep all my files if possible

Hi,

You are possibly infected with a trojan. Services.exe is a legit file name,
but there is also a trojan file that uses that name. Can you boot to Safe
mode?

How to start in Safe mode:

If so, then you can run a full virus scan. Free virus removal tools:

By the way, the other file is lsass.exe, not isass.exe. See if there is a
virus file and if resolving that does not resolve the issue with lsass.exe
as well.
