Start-up/Chkdsk

Everytime I start-up my computer, CHKDSK automatically checks NTFS. Is this something I should worry about? Any reason why it does this? Any way I can stop it?---Thanks

says: "Files that are required to run properly have been
replaced by unreconized versions. To maintain system
stability Windows must restore the original versions of
these files. Insert your XP Home Edition Servic Pack 1 CD
now.
Then i put the CD in and i cant find anything on it to
restore original versions. Can someone help me?
