Sort (drag and drop) your program shortcuts logically in subfolders. I never
had more than 10 subfolders there.
Or use Scroll Programs (Start -> Settings -> Task Bar and Start Menu ->
Start Menu tab -> Customize button under Advanced tab)

Good Luck!

Is there a way to adjust the columns that show all your programs? The last
colomn cuts off my programs names, I can only see part of them.

The width is governed by the width of the longest name. So look for
very long names in the menu, take Rename right click and shorten them;
say Microsoft Office Word 2003 to just MS Word

For some reason even when the longest word is only 1 1/2 inches the column
is still 3 1/2 inches wide.
