Hi there,
This is my first post so I hope this is the right forum. I need to send
something out to a large number of users, and it involves them opening a
document stored in their individual 'My Documents' folder. On my PC (XP 5.1
service pack 1) I can type 'my documents/docname.doc' (no quotes) into the
Start->Run command box and it opens my document. This works for some of my
users but not others. All my users are using XP.
Can anyone suggest what might cause this to fail for some users? I am
trying to automate the process so I really need one simple command which will
work for everyone
