Start/Programs --- why are all the menus truncated to about 10 lines with an arrow to expand them?

The title says it all - I have a 21" monitor set to 1600x1200 resolution, I really don't need to truncate
the program lists. Can anyone tell me where the switch is to turn this feature off?
-thanks

Yes there is. PUll up the start menu properties. As I am running XP, I
cannot tell you exactly where the option is, but it's called something like
"User personalized menus" and I believe it's one of the four or five options
that exist in the same spot where you can decide whether or not you want the
clock displayed in the system tray.

Let me rephrase. I couldn't rememeber exactly where the personalized menu
option is, not how to get the start menu properties dialog... :]

The clarification of instructions on how, exactly, one gets to the Start
Menu Properties dialog was intended for the OP, not you. I'm sorry that
that wasn't clear to you.
