I create custom menus for my regular applications, so when I go to
view Programs, I'd like to see everything. WinXP Pro seems to 'hide'
some of them until I click the double down arrow. Any way to force XP
to give me everything all the time?

Right-click on the start button, choose properties. if you have
classical menu, click on customize. Uncheck 'use customized menus.'
