Start problems

when I try to start my XP the blue screen come out with message " windows protection. ....." and "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" . Further hints on the screen were not successfu
The "technical"describtion was
STOP:0x000000ED (0x81B8B5D0,0xC0000032,0x00000000,0x00000000
Who can give me some advice
