The page that pops up when the Start Button is pushed (Start Page)???
has been emptied of the list of programs that I most often use. How do
I re populate this page?

The list is dynamic, but you can goto programs locate what you wish
to appear static, R/Click each one and select "pin to start menu"

Or R/Click the start button > Start Menu > Customise... button > set
the number of programs on start menu [default = 6 I believe]
Hint someone probably hit the clear list button for you.
