My computer crashed and i got it recovered but the start page with the start
button and desktop icons disappears and the bottom taskbar doesn't show.

Move you cursor to the bottom of the screen. If it turns to the double-headed
arrow near the very bottom -- press the left mouse button at this moment, and
pull the border of the Taskbar up.
