Start menu & toolbar disappear after a few minutes online

Lately my start menu button and the connected toolbar
including the icon tray in the corner have been
disappearing after I am online for a few minutes or a
while...the only fix is to restart by turning off the
power. Everything comes back on just fine but the next
time I go online it happens again. I have looked
everywhere and can't find out how to fix. Help..... :)

You need to go to your taskbar and right click on it and
Click to expand...
then the menu that comes up will have some options on it.
In thise options click on lock the taskbar and see if it
will solve your problem.
