Start Menu & Quick Launch

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what to do to enable "dragging & dropping" on the Start
Menu and the Quick Launch menu? I was previously able to do it but for some
reason I cannot drag and drop to organise either one of these menus
anymore. Thanks in advance.

To enable dragging and dropping on the StartMenu and Quick Launch,
1) Right-click on the Start Button
2) Choose "Properties"
3) Click on the "Start Menu" tab. Make sure the radio button beside
"Start Menu" is selected.
4) Click on the "Customize" button
5) Click on the "Advanced" tab
6) Put a check-mark beside "Enable Dragging and Dropping" in the list
under "Start Menu items"
7) "Ok" out
