Start Menu Problem with My Pictures

Need help changing the location of where the My Pictures
come from:

Steps I took to get My Pictures on the Start Menu:
Right click on Start, choose properties, customize,
Advanced and picked My Pictures, display as a link. Then
the My Pictures shows up on the Start Menu.

My problem is it is going to the D:\My Documents\My
Pictures and I want it to look at C:\My Documents\My
Pictures. How do I change this?

Download TweakUI from here and I believe you can use it to change the
location of the My Pictures Folder.
