Start menu at top or side of page and

Somehow my start menu opens either from the top or the
left side of my page. I can't seem to get it to move to
the bottom of the page. Any suggestions? I've tried to
drag it down, but I have not been able to.

Right click on the taskbar, select unlock...then left click,
hold and drag it where you want. Make any changes in the
bar you want and re-lock it.
