Start IE NOT visible - Windows Registry Key

Hello,

I need to know the Windows Registry Key that lets start a IEXPLORE.EXE
process with the window NOT visible (like a background process). In OLE
Automation you have the InternetExplorer.Visible property. I need the same
but for future runs of IE (need to start it in background).
