entium4 2.5ghz,Asus 42302e31,512 mb,120 gb hard disk windows xp 5.1.260 services pack1.0
1)When boot computers everything is fine; as log on, if try to press start, the botton is not working but just flusching ( it looks unstable ) and i have to re call task manager ....then without do nothing at all I close task manager and start-botton works normally .......
2)I can't drag icones. I have already checked control panel/ taskbar- start menu/ start menu/ costumize/ advance/ enable dragging and dropping....i did everithing i had to do, the problem should be in some other place but i cant figure out where.
I got other info:
-I am fully protected with norton firewall2004 and sistemwork2004 upgraded in internet, also window is updated: I already scanned the system
3) I can see from task manager that in the system are running a lot of processes, as 46 and that circa 20 are " svchost.ex e -k netsvcs".
Can someone help me, please?
