My daughter has been on the computer and now all my desktop icons are missing
as well as the start buttons on each account i can enter into all accounts
but empty screens appear,any ideas?
I have tried to use the re-load disk but my key board works fine untill it
asks you to press the coloured button of your chosen restore and it goes off
and i'm unable to use the mouse as this becomes unusable at the same
point,please help if you can
