standby problems

Well, my problem is when my computer goes into standby, i cant get it out,
why not? also, i know how to change the time, but i like standby

You probably need to allow the mouse or keyboard to bring the system out
of standby. Look in Device manager for Keyboard and mouse and r-click,
then Properties, and Power management, and put a tick in the box.
