Hello;
I've read some of the problems about standby mode, but I
couldn't find one that addressed my issue. The error
message I get when I either try to manual put my machine
in standby or if the timer does is this....The devise
driver on Com1 device is preventing the machine from
entering standby mode. The devise that I have on Com1 is
a Power Plus900 UPS installed with drivers for XP. If I
remove the com port connection totally then I get an
error same as above but this time it tells me that it is
the US Robotics56K internal modem (com3) that is causing
the problem. Does anyone else have similar problems?
What did you do to fix them?
Thanks,
Charlotte
