Standby Error

I'm owner of Asus laptop OS is Windows XP Service Pack 2.
When PC is in standby mode suddenly itself starts on !!! Time of starting
after standby is variable.

Please Help to solve this problem.

Review your BIOS settings, remove any wake services not needed.
 
Sengupta, Thankyou for recomendation but How to do this. Because I don't find
the any Wake settings in my BIOS

Alan, Thankyou for recomendation but How to do this. Because I don't find the
any Wake services in my BIOS

Anyway I found the solution to my problem on the Asus
message forums: It's the Power4Gear software which causes the resuming
and you should go to the Power4Gear configuration (for example by right-
clicking the P4G icon on the system tray) and set "Hibernation time
out" to "Hibernation timer never". Select this option in all of the
performance modes (super, hight, game, DVD, etc.)
