Standby Error in ASUS Laptop

I'm owner of Asus laptop OS is Windows XP Service Pack 2.
When PC is in standby mode suddenly itself starts on !!! Time of starting
after standby is variable.

Please Help to solve this problem.

From standby, almost anything that triggers HD activity,
CPU activity, etc., will re-start the system. Need to
determine what it might be, such as routine HD indexing or
an application. Use ctrl-alt-del to open Task Manager and
see what has started to run. Sometimes, a physical action
or vibration may be sufficient to excite the touchpad and
turn off standby. This is something not to worry about as
it is basically normal.
 
Anyway I found the solution to my problem on the Asus
message forums: It's the Power4Gear software which causes the resuming
and you should go to the Power4Gear configuration (for example by right-
clicking the P4G icon on the system tray) and set "Hibernation time
out" to "Hibernation timer never". Select this option in all of the
performance modes (super, hight, game, DVD, etc.)
