standard deviation plotting

how do I plot multiple standard deviation on a control chart?
Frist I am to find standard deviation and plot it I guess the range is 3x
the standard deviaton (using Excel 2003)
 
You could use (Y) error bars and specify in which cells Excel can find them.

Rightclick the series and choose Format data series...
