Standalone Exe file for MDB file

Is it possible to create a standalone exe file for the access database am
creating.
If its possible please guide me how to do it, or if any software is required
to make a setup file where can it be obtained.

Not a stand along file but if you buy the developers edition of Access
you get the ability and rights to distribute the application along with your
application files. They will not be able to make any design changes
however.

BTW that developers addition is not cheap.
