Stand By ??

Hi all. When i put my pc on Stand By, it all goes fine untill the screen
goes black and the fan stops. When the fan stops it actually does not stop
all the way but right before it stops completely it starts back up and it
goes to the log in screen. Whats wrong?? I do not touch keyboard/ mouse or
anything. Any ideas/ help is VERY welcome.
