srv records missing

I have tried everything that has been recommended,
including completely removing AD and DNS....to no avail.
My naming is not disjointed....How can a clean install
not contain all the needed records?

The SRV records will be created automatically if set up right.
Post ipconfig /all and domain name from ADU&C I'll help you.
