SQLHelper in VS 2005 project

Visual Studio 2005 Release Candidate

How to declare reference to the namespace that contains SQLHelper ?
 
Just like in VS 2003: Compile DAAB, and add a reference to that DLL from
Solution Explorer. You now have SQLHelper available to you.
