I have not heard any hint that this will be different for SQL Server Mobile
Edition on CE devices although there will be new rules since SQL Mobile can
run on desktop machines too. The current licensing restrictions apply to
SQL Server and not to SQL CE - it's SQL Server that needs CALs for each
client device (or per-processor licensing) and not Sql Ce.
