SQL Error Message

My office just switched over to Office 2003. When I now open a mail merge
letter, I get the following error:


Opening this document will run the following SQL command:
Select *from (whatever query I am pulling from)
Data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you want to
continue?

Is there any way to stop this from coming up every time?

Thank you. I will have to get with my IT people and see if they can do this
fix for me. I am with a City office and us "lowly" employees have no rights
to do these types of fixes.
