SQL Delete Stored Procedure

simple question... need help with sending criteria to basic Delete Stored
Procedure.

want to enter a variable or form input in Criteria column in design view;
i.e. =[Forms]![Main]![SelectDate] or stSelectDate (local or public variable).
also helpful to get the SQL text.
