Sql data reader

I am using sqlDataReader for Showing data from the Data base.
But if the Data from sql is having tags like <script>alert()</script> then it shows an alert box while binding.

Is there any way of suppressing it this ..... ????

HttpServerUtility.HTMLEncode().
