With a post filled with misspelled words (typos?) and run-on sentences, why
do you pick on the relatively minor lack of capitalization?

Why do American public schools graduate kids who only know how to
talk/communicate in "chat" lingo?

I'm
American

I'm American too.

And to Plato - the only reason to make it official is that liberal
zealots and anti-American types want some other language to be primary.

In every country I've been in, and that would be a lot that don't speak
English, I was always instructed to learn/speak their language or don't
expect much - if it was just that way here.

In one school district in our city they have 20 different interpreters
for kids that don't speak English - they even had a entire wing of one
school strictly for use by Muslim students.....

When you come to a country you should abide by their lawys/rules/customs
and show your gratitude by speaking their language.

AmeriKKKa is a land of immigrants. So what makes English THE language for
your country? Surely not because English speaking folks were the first
there? You neo-cons sure do come up with some funny issues to keep you
AmeriKKKans divided over nonsense.

Assuming we won't count Native Americans and want to start at the time of
the Pilgrims ... remember that the central part of your country spoke
French and the West Coast spoke Spanish and the Spaniards "discovered" the
damn place to start with. In fact, AmeriKKKa, after slaughtering the
Indians moved on to steal a large part of present day AmeriKKKa from
Mexico. That's your sad history. Isn't it time to get your head out of your
ass and just accept the fact that having a diverse culture offers more
benefits than a monolithic one based on English colonialism?
