Also, after loading your list into SB I notice that the date line
(with a preceding *) is also selected - is that ok?

You can enable ChangeDetection <http://www.changedetection.com/> for
my Table Of Contents page, as it should only change when my list or
SpywareBlaster is updated, or with a major page revision. Of course
there may a few "false alarms" as I tweak the page(s), but they should
be minimal.
Not a problem. I specifically chose a non-valid CLSID for the date
entry so it wouldn't interfere or cause any problems for any other
CLSIDs (blocked or not) AND so it wouldn't have to be continually
deselected.
