spyware still on the webpage

spyware still on the webpage everytime i open the website
especially on yahoo, hotmail and friendster. Could
somebody help me to solve this problem. I can't even open
my yahoo and hotmail. I have used the Antispyware so many
time but this problem couldn't be solved. Please help;

Send a suspected spyware report to MS about this, menu tools.
