Lavasoft only blocks the companies that don't pay Lavasoft. After you've
scanned with Lavasoft, run a scan with PestPatrol or SpyBot and you'll
still find plenty of stuff on the computer.

The big problem is getting rid of the nastiest malware ever: Vista.
Everything you do on the computer and everywhere you in cyberspace go is
tracked and reported back to Redmond. Luckily, as nasty as it is, it is
easy to get rid of. Install XP, Linux or even Windows 2000 and your
problem is solved. Unless you got suckreed into buying a new computer.
Then you are SOL as some of the new hardware has no drivers for previous
versions of Windows OS. This is, of course, by design. For your
protection, of course.
But of Course!

I used Lavasoft Ad aware in Xp.. I read it's not completely compatible with
Vista.. ran a scan.. looks like it considered every cookie a threat.. I
left them alone. In XP I remember it finding cookies, but they did look
like undesirable treats so I would delete. So there's windows defender...
is this good enough. Is there a program out there that advised.?

Thanks
