Spyware Running Problem

Already had Adaware and Sypbot running OK.
Installed the Microsoft Spyware Beta program..
Then, when attempting to run any of these programs
I get a Stop error warning ...
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk
into drive \Device\Harddisk\DR1".
Ran Anti Virus program, all OK.
Have uninstalled each of the three, reinstalled.
Each gives then the same stop warning.
Please ... what do I do.
