Spyware flashing on screen

When I turn on my computer this keep flashing on screen.
I know it is an advertisement and it's getting irrtating. How do I get ride
of this. I have gone to the free download but nothing happens and I do not
want to buy it.I have one in PC now..Please help thanks Dusty
