spyware detected parasites

spy hunter reports a detected parasite, however you must
pruchase the remover to delete the following:
hkey_classes_root/AcrolEHelper.AcrolEHlprObj.1
How do I know this file needs to be removed, and what
will happen if it is?
 
try downloading "spybot" and see if it will clean it. It is freeware. After
the install make sure to run all the updates.
