Can someone tell me where to download free adaware or spyware? which is
better to have...or both?
(this was probably somewhere else in this newsgroup but I couldn't find it
after searching for awhile)

Some free clean-up tools (you should install and run them all):

Do you have parasites

- Spybot - Search & Destroy by PepiMK Software (free):
http://spybot.eon.net.au/

Ad-aware - Software - Lavasoft (free):
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

I understand it's good to have Spybot Search & Destroy
and Ad-aware.
