Spybot virus

I need some help with a virus. It's called
Worm/Spybot.14.AQ. I have a antivirus program but when
it's finished scanning the hard drive it doesn't find any
viruses, but I still get a prompt that I have a virus.
Any help on how to get rid of it would be appreciated.

Paranoia comes from experience - and is not necessarily a bad thing.

you didn't say what virus program you are using or if you
have a program called spybot installed on your computer.
is your virus program up to date?
older virus programs were finding spybot,the program, and
thinking it was a virus when it isn't.
update your virus program and check to see if you have
the latest version of spybot.

Sorry I use AVG for my anti virus program and it is up to
date. As far as I know I don't have a Spybot program.
