spybot tea timer broken??

That's what I'm seeing here. I just wonder what are the symptoms (I'm
having problems and I have exhausted all the normal reasons why...most of my
devices and system resources are running at about half speed.). If tea time
(what a name!) is causing difficulties I can easily remove it, I have other
resident a/v spyware programs. Otherwise, I'll just leave it I guess.
