My most recent scan with Spybot for spyware found "eSupport.FFBiosExt"
which it says is:
.........................
Company: TouchStone Software
Product: eSupport.FFBiosExt
Threat: PUPS

Functionality: This software is an add-on for the Mozilla Firefox, it is
capable of reading bios information and determine the appropiate update.
Description: The stated functionality is given but the add-on is not
uninstallable, it also installs a service which is also not
uninstallable. The corresponding add-on for the Internet Explorer is
uninstallable.
..............................
This is new and must have come with the latest FF update.
Should I be concerned and should I let Spybot delete it?

Thanks.

Found out it is a false positive:
................................
eSupport.FFBiosExt
is a Firefox extension that allows reading out the Bios information and
helps finding an update.
Unfortunately it also installs the file and a service, because the
vendor of this software did not supply an uninstall functionallity it
has been labled as PUPS (Possibly Unpopular Software).

As it turns out the TVICHW32.SYS is also being used with other hardware
analysis software, which may run, for instance with ATI software.

We will exclude detection on this file with the next detection update.
