anyone know how to delete this program?
Can't do it from Registry or add remove programs.
Keeps using windows installer to re-insatall itself/

download and run Process Explorer
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html

Double click on the process(s), reading it's image, and command line
will tell you where to find them. stop the process and delete the
file/directory.

Run Regedit and search for the file name(s) deleting them as you find
them.
 
Search the application manually and delete it from the location.
Start>run>regedit>ok
Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.
Find the offending entry and delete it.
