Spy Software Removal

How do I get rid of the spy software (SpectorSoft Corp. "Eblaster" Keylogger) that is i think in a stealth mode so i can't find it and delete it. I know it's there, i did a spy scan on my pc and it showed up, but thru search for the name of the file i can't find it. Also I deleted stuff that keeps popping up in other places, how to find these files and delete them for good. I accidentally deleted my search companion, how do I search now?
