Hey, guys.
I've got a network with 2 XP boxes and 2 older OSs.
One of the XP boxes was upgraded from ME. Now, when
browsing, copying, anything the XP boxes are the slowest
on the network and usually lock up. The older boxes just
fly on the network.
It seems to me that the ME-upgrade XP box is the
problem, but I can't find anything that is out of place
or incorrectly setup.
I've received only one error message and that was when
I was using a cmd prompt to copy across the network.
The semaphore timeout period has expired.
Any ideas? Should I entirely wipe the ME-to-XP
upgrade and install a fresh XP? Can I avoid this?
Thanks, guys, for your help.
