sprintcar problem

Hi all,
I have problems getting Ratbag's Dirt Track Racing,Sprint
Cars to run on XP. The progeam runs fine on 98. A pop up
message informs me that the game was not designed to run
on Win 2000. Any ideas? the machine is an Intel 2.8 ghz,
1 gb ram, 128 mb Ge Force FX5200. 80gig hd.
