Spoolss.exe-Entry point not found

I have a client computer that is receiving this error on
his computer screen after I installed Service Pack 4 for
W2K. Spool.exe -Entry point not found
The procedure entry point GETJoba could not be located in
the dynamic link library. How do I stop this message for
popping up?

which print driver? If it's from HP, the latest drivers might address this.
