Spooler SubSystem error

My error message: "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience."
It only comes up at start, and displays a message "Do you
want to report?" Have responded yes a hundred times, but
no one' s listening. Not literate enough to mess with my
Registry.
Any Ideas?

Hey Ron,

Sounds like a printer driver, what make and model printer do you have ?
Do you have an xp signed driver for it ?

Check if it and any other drivers on your system are unsigned.
