Spooler Subsystem App

I've installed Epson Color printer, seemingly
successfully. However, when I try to print, the system
gives a fatal error, saying that the Spooler Subsystem App
will be closed down. I have tried to start the print
spooler up again, but every time I try to print, I get the
same error. I've also tried to correct the situation with
Microsoft advice (810894), but the same error message
keeps coming up again and again.

Does anyone have any idea of what I could do to correct
the situation?
