Split window in Outlook 2003?

Hello!

I wonder if anyone knows if it's possible to split the window in Outlook
2003 so that you can see your e-mails (Inbox with preview) and your calender
at the same time?

I can only switch between e-mail and calender or open the calender in a
seperate window.

Outlook 2003 doesn't have that feature.
