spelling dictionary

Is it possible to change the dictionary, in terms of language, once you have
started to write a message in Windows mail or even Outlook express, so that
it can apply to that current message?
It seems that I must change my dictionary settings before I write the
message.

No, you can't change it after opening a composition window.
