Spell Checker Word 2003

How do i get spell checker to re check a doucment when it has done so once and keep stating tha the gramma and spell check is complete

Even if it has been sent to a Collegue who needs to re-edit the doucment
 
Here are the steps to "recheck" or reset a document that as previously been spellchecke

Tool
Option
Spelling and Gramma
Check Document (this resets the document so it can be checked again

Then spellcheck your document. Hope this helps.
